ABUSE of our Services and DMCA notifications regulations:
  1. Notifications must be submitted by email to abuse@freespeechhosting.org
  2. Notifications must be signed by the holder of the infringed copyright or the holder's authorized agent. 
  3. Signatures must be a phsyical signature in a way we can verify. Include this as a PDF or TIFF attachment with the proof of copyright. If ommited we are not able to process your claim.
  4. Notifications must clearly indicate the exact location URL, nature and extent of the alleged copyright infringement. 
  5. We must always be able to locate the copyrighted material ourselves. IT IS NOT sufficient to simply identify a site by name or base URL unless your alleging that the whole site has been copied from another location. In that case please specify the real URL that owns the copyright.
  6. Supply sufficient contact information for the copyright owner or copyright holder's agent. We might try to contact the source to verify if the source contact information is correct. 
  7. If the contact information provided is out of date or not reachable we will discard your notification and list this as fake.
  8. Under no circumstances will we treat any use or abuse of our DMCA notification system as confidential. Even if you specifically request otherwise.
  9. If the offending content is located on a server not controlled by us because our client is using a proxy server we will forward your claim entirely to our cllient.
  10. We will forward your claim to our clients at our own discretion. So be polite when sending such a notification.
